Politics of Leadership in a Global Economy. Students explore how ontemporary theories of control, motivation and persuasive communications can eb successful in divere work environments. They will study the characteristics of sucessful businses leaders throughout the world.
Team Work/Group Management Tools. Students investigate the effect of cooperation, collaboration and team effort on workplace climates. They research the ways that team mangement, rather than individual management, affects development, production and sales.
Strategic Management: Students will learn to develop strategies at the business unit and organizational level. This includes analyzing strategic management models and their implementation; developing operational understanding of the strategic management processes; and understanding the role of managerial leaders in strategic planning.
Case Studies in Business Ethics and Law: Students will investigate the challenges facing business leaders regarding responsibilities to employees and society. They will learn about the legal and regulatory systems that enforce these principles. They will also reach viable solutions to ethical problems through discussion and negotiation.
Research & Business Plan Development: In this class you will develop an understanding of the role played by research in a business organization. Also covered is the creation of persuasive proposals, case studies and business plans. Finally, you will investigate the application of various proposal formats: narrative, visual and statistical and learn how to choose the best approach for motivating decision makers to support innovative ideas and plans.

Students in our MBA program are able to complete all program requirements online or can complete some program requirements online, some in the classroom and some through hybrid courses.
