Learn about Admission to our Online Programs

The admissions process is easy and we will help

If the online programs at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GUMSB) sound right for you, contact an admissions representative for an interview. You will be able to have your questions answered and learn about program options. Call us at 877-609-8889 or send an e-mail to get started.

The online admissions process

You can complete the entire admissions process online or talk with an admissions representative by phone. You can have your questions answered via e-mail. This also applies to financial aid questions and concerns. Once you have decided on a program, complete an online application form.

Credit for prior learning

Prospective students who have earned credit at other accredited or recognized institutions may have approved credits transferred. We offer prior learning credit after evaluating factors such as:

  • The educational quality of the institution that awarded the credits
  • The nature, content, rigor and level of credit earned compared to that offered by GU/MSB
  • The appropriateness and applicability of the credit earned to programs offered by GU/MSB

Admission requirements

Admission requirements vary for each degree and diploma program offered by the online division of GU/MSB. Please contact one of our admission representatives at 877-609-8889 to learn about specific admissions requirements.

Financial aid

Finding out how to pay for college is a high priority for students, whether they take classes online or residentially. We work with you to determine the financial aid packages for which you are eligible and help you apply. We have a number of in-house scholarships and grants. You can also apply for financial aid from a variety of other organizations and agencies. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to start school.

What happens next?

After you have selected a program, applied, and been accepted, you will take an orientation session online. You can purchase your books through our online bookstore.
